Being a recent graduate, I was looking to start my career in a Global company due to the vast opportunities and experiences it offers. Henkel, with the amazing company culture along with the PRISM program caught my attention. The rotational program gave me insight into many business units and elevated my skill set by allowing me to work in various roles.

What was your first experience?
During my onboarding, a few things stuck out to me right away. One being the open, helpful, and family-like culture. It was like that from day one, and is still like that a year later. Secondly, the vast impact Henkel has and all the brands that fall under the Henkel umbrella. I notice a Henkel product anywhere and everywhere I go.
What do you like most about your job and your team? What is special?
What I like the most about my job is the diversity of the projects and customers that we work with. Being able to make an impact and seeing ideas come to life is what I enjoy the most. A supportive team is key to achieving growth, and building that support is what Henkel does the best.
What advice would you give to a young graduate starting in R&D in Henkel?
My advice to young graduates starting in R&D in Henkel would be to stay open minded, ask a lot of questions, and don’t be afraid to try something new. Henkel will provide you with all kinds of opportunities and allow you to excel every day.
