Tu función

  • The Specialist Customer Service is responsible to ensure that the request received through tools established by the business, are delivered effectively to the customers and Customer service front, using a high quality and best practices
  •  Maintained a clean and continuous communication with Customer service front to ensure complex issues are resolved, having a clear understanding of the business activities and customer needs

  • Depending on the Country and Business unit to which the Specialist is assigned, main tasks may vary: Proposing, contributing and updating the process documentation and enhancements.
  • Managing Order Entry with proper given tools.
