YOUR ROLE

  • Process Consultant in Logistics Team located in Mexico   
  • Process Consultant is an expert in his area of responsibility of IT applications / SAP modules.
  •  Management of various aspects of business applications: operational stability, incident management, change management.
  •  In addition, he / she gives input regarding cost management (handling of external service providers) and improvement opportunities.
  • The Process Consultant supports users in troubleshooting, identifying and solving problems and incidents, performing technical research on configuration problems and functional issues.
  • He / she considers life-cycle aspects of their product domain, i.e. to plan forward looking system upgrades, migrations etc.
  • The Process Consultant has a significant independence in implementing change requests and managing incident tickets.
  • The Process Consultant has a strong regional network and can manage technical requirements in any of the Latam countries Henkel is operating.
  • Manage stability and integrity of IT applications under the business analyst’s responsibility.
  • Participate in IT- or business process driven projects, contributing with technical expertise and process thinking.
  • Leading the blueprints of projects and acting as the project manager, introducing pilots of new solutions.
  • Configure the SAP system and / or related satellite systems to match process requirements.
  • Overlook entire change request delivery (scheduling, unit and user acceptance testing, documentation, change management KPIs)
  • Manage the team’s incident process by accepting and resolving incident tickets / service requests

YOUR SKILLS

  • Functional/technical SAP proficiency in either MM/WM/PP/QM modules, or at least 2 years in full lifecycle SAP implementations and 3+ years of industry and/or consulting experience.
  • SAP experience implementing SAP MM/WM/PP/QM modules.
  • Strong knowledge on PMBOK principles or other proven IT Project Methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Proven In-Depth Business Processes knowledge on Production Planning, Manufacture, Production, Supply Chain and Quality Management
  • SAP Certification (nice to have), PMP Certification (nice to have)
  • • IT or Engineering Bachelor degree.
  • Fluent English (Mandatory)
  • Portuguese (Desired) •
