YOUR ROLE

  • IT Service Management for End User Computing Scope for the Latin America Region. 
  • Interaction with Key Stakeholders within IBS, Business Units, as well as Corporate IT Service Delivery.
  • Interaction with Regional organization – IT Key Account Mgmt, IT Governance, Purchasing, Finance, Shared Service Centers, and Local IT teams.
  • Provider and Contract Management with a Global Service Provider.
  • External team management.
  • Coordinate/Implement programs throughout the Latin America Region in line with Global Strategy and Initiatives.
  • Independently manage processes that include Project Requests; Invoice Validation; Escalation and Conflict Mgmt; Reporting and Service Level Trending Analysis.
  • Supplier Management and Performance Evaluation

YOUR SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of ITIL
  • Project Mgt with experience of budgets >$250k
  • Budget/Financial/Cost Center Mgt
  • Provider and Contract Mgt Experience
  •  Ability to Manage Change (Technical, Organizational)
  • High sense of Accountability .
  • Adaptable to Changing Priorities.
  • Ability to Network with Colleagues of Diverse Backgrounds and Locations.
  • End User Computing Knowledge
  • Manage Multiple Stakeholders as well as Expectations
  • 2+ years of IT Related or Equivalent Experience 
  • The position will require some travel and candidates willing to be mobile are preferred
