  • Soriana Key Account Manager is responsible for developing a long-term relationship with Soriana through category administrators and strategic Soriana departments.
  • Executes Commercial Strategy for achieving sales quota and specific account objectives.
  • Plays a role representing the entire range of company products and services while maintains high customer satisfaction ratings and achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.


  • Proactively reviews the progress of daily/monthly/quarterly of mutual performance objectives, financial targets and other strategic objectives (Sales, Profit, DOH, FR%, InStock%,NIS,NES, Trade Spend%).
  • Develops a trusted advisor relationship and establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel in Soriana (Category administrators, MKT, TMK, In-store personnel).
  •  Based on specific metrics and procedures.
  • Communicates to other Henkel areas as Customer service, Logistics, Trade marketing, Marketing, S&OP and Finance in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Henkel & Soriana needs and objectives. 5.
  • Identifies grow opportunities within Soriana formats and collaborate with field sales teams & CPFR to ensure growth attainment. 6. Communicates clearly the progress of daily/monthly/quarterly initiatives, evaluates metrics & track performance per brand/format providing feedback to Soriana team.
