- Generate and qualify leads by preparing sales action plans and strategies focused on sales activities.
- Develop and keep the commercial and technical relationship with end customers and distribution channel, through presentations of the company's products.
- Develop sales proposals, carry out negotiations with potential customers of the Automotive business, preparing and presenting through training aimed at the final consumer and the sales force of distributors.
- Guarantee customer service satisfaction and good relations with the monitoring of sales activities (CTS, DTS, SURVEYS, WEBINARS).
- Develop commercial strategies for the VRM Retail segment.
- Achieve the goal of the monthly and annual KP for the SBU VRM, obtaining the best GP1, EBIT, NES GROWTH for the company.
