Main activities

  • Coordinate customer support activities and visit them
  • Keep and increase sales
  • Carry out first contact to give technical service
  • Manage projects and Key accounts
  • Realize technical and sales reports
  • Handle sales tools
  • Conduct technical seminars on the applications of our products
  • Develop a distribution network committed to our corporate standards
  • Develop a commercial and technical strategy to market our products
  • Lead and develop the Industrial Assembly Business in Mexico
  • Manage existing and new clients, look for new product usage/potential in order to continue improving the profitability of the business
  • Responsible for managing the growth and profit improvement to reach sales and gross profit targets in the region
  • Implement local plans coming from global and regional strategies to generate sustainable growth
  • Develop sustainable relation with local distributors and other stakeholders in the region

NOTE: This position is full home-office work, people from any zone of Mexico can apply, but it is necessary to travel and make customer visits constantly.

Who we are looking for

  • B.S. Chemical or Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Chemistry
  • 3 to 5 years of demonstrated related experience in Industrial Sales preferably in adhesive environment
  • Customer support experience (providing product application training)
  • Demonstrated project management and Key Account Management
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership, sense of urgency, self starter – takes the initiative
  • Potential for up to 40-50% overnight travel per year
  • Driver´s license
  • Intermediate Office package
  • Intermediate-Advanced english level
  • Availability to travel
  • Skills: Attitude for service, proactivity, effective communication at all leveles inside and outside the organization,
