The Specialist Customer Service is responsible to ensure that the request received through tools established by the business, are delivered effectively to the customers and Customer service front, using a high quality and best practices. Maintained a clean and continuous communication with Customer service front to ensure complex issues are resolved, having a clear understanding of the business activities and customer needs

What we offer

  • Depending on the Country and Business unit to which the Specialist is assigned, main tasks may vary: Proposing, contributing and updating the process documentation and enhancements.
  •  Managing Order Entry with proper given tools. Managing electronic invoices to specific web customer portal (México) Supporting Global alignments to contribute with ISO requirements

Who we are looking for

                 Bachelor degree

                 Desirable Experience

                 Intermediate Excel

                 Proactive, analytical and results oriented

                  Oral and written communications skills

                  Advanced English
