What we offer

  • Responsible of the automotive sales in the states of Guanajuato (Irapuato-Salamanca) and Michoacán of our adhesive products division (Loctite, Teroson and Bonderite) for the transportation (Auto suppliers) market.
  • In charge of the development of different steering units such as: Component Solutions, Cleaners and Lubricants, Surface Technologies, Metal Coil, Body Sealing, etc.
  • Maintain the customer base and generate growth through the generation of
    new customers or the introduction of new products.
  • Search for a new use or application of products with new or existing customers.
  • Generate sales growth in key accounts focusing on the Key Strategic Initiatives obtaining specific knowledge of all aspects of clients, such as their strategies, objectives, processes, service expectations etc.
  • Define and prepare commercial project proposals to maximize results through the use of
    value sales methodologies.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering
  • +2 years of experience in sales to automotive´s customers
  • English at advanced level is mandatory
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Availability to relocation to other state in the future
  • Skills: Convincing, influencing, communication, change adaptability and leadership
