What we offer

  • Internal alignment for Henkel processes and procedures inside Purchasing & Henkel Payments.
  • Project implementation and communication between cross functional areas and other regions inside Henkel (Latam & Europe)
  • Optimize KPI's performance through initiatives and projects to reach internal targets
  • Analysis and optimization for our payments solutions, identify and develop improvements for supplier payments and invoices processes
  • Lead Implementation for Continuous Improvement activities related to the Source to Pay process and supplier payments
  • Procure activities to accomplish company objectives, obtain savings and reduce costs for indirect services & materials
  • Support strategies and projects to optimize use of e-auctions, e-catalogs, e-tenders and e-sourcing tools

 

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) in accounting, finance, administration or related field.
  • Advanced English (must)
  • SAP usage (basic) and Intermediate/Advanced Excel
  • 2 years experience (accounts payable desirable)
  • Interested in purchasing (indirect materials & services) and in internal processes management
  • Skills: Analytical, strong analysis, pro-active, proficiency, self-motivated, team player, with energy to propose and create new processes and improvements inside purchasing, drive for results & excellence, customer focus
